By accessing or using the KAHAN application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using KAHAN, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Content & Conduct

Users may upload video content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your content, but grant KAHAN a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it.

You agree NOT to upload content that:

• Contains hate speech, violence, or illegal acts.
• Infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Contains nudity or sexually explicit material.
• Is designed to harass, bully, or intimidate others.

5. Monetization & Creator Fund

Participation in the Creator Fund is subject to specific eligibility criteria. KAHAN reserves the right to modify payout rates, eligibility requirements, or discontinue the program at any time.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

KAHAN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
